This business grew out of real hands-on experience…the good, the challenging, and the transformational. After years of operating at pace in high-performance environments, I realised I’d become someone I didn’t recognise. I wanted to lead and manage so that people feel genuinely supported and empowered along the way.

I’ve been fortunate enough to work with extraordinary individuals and companies and have a trusted network grounded in honesty and genuine relationships. My experience spans every corner of a business: people, growth, operations and finance. Over time, I reshaped how I approached each one, and that drive to do things differently led to Creative Ops. Working between London and Whitstable gives me both clarity and perspective, while staying firmly in the thick of it.
